I am getting this error when trying to open from website.
running good from studio.
Try to copy bin directry to website and getting this error "Could not load file or assembly 'MapGuideDotNetApi' or one of its dependencies"
using MapGuide Server 2013
chec kattached jpg for details.

All applications under the mapserver2013 virtual dir should be using .net Framework 4.0. This is what the MapGuide assemblies are targeting now.
Your error message indicates that .net Framework 2.0 is being used

Besides the .net framework version, you may also need to create web application in IIS. Right virtual directory in IIS and "convert to Application"
