What would be good is when you create a new weblayout, is to be able to select a pre-defined template as the basis for this weblayout.
eg. I have made a web layout that has no property pane visible, and has extra buttons and commands on the toolbar, context menu, and task menu. It would be good if I can save this into a template, and when I create another web layout, be able to use this template instead of the default.
