There is no GUI or TOOL for creating Symbol Definitions. Just RAW ugly XML.
There is no GUI for USING the Symbol Definitions - I can't use MapGuide Studio, I have to use the OpenSource Maestro - we need a GUI for this tool (for any custom symbols or linetypes)
