Not an easy one to figure out, is it? There are some topics in a thread in
the OSGeo MapGuide Open mailing list. This particular message from
Francisco is very helpful. Unfortanately, the screenshots did not come
through. If you want the original Outlook email with the embedded images,
let me know and I will email it to you.
