I found lots of GetLocalizedString function used in php code but I didn't find where it is defined. And also where is GetDefaultLocale() function definition? In the newmarkup.php, how so many variables from $locale? Anyone can help me? Any document I can read?
I want to read these PHP file in order to create an download/upload features function, similiar download and upload redline because these functions are not work or not exsit in AIMS2013.
