Hi
I would like to change the true north to specific angle! Can I do that? Thanks.

That is a good question. You will notice the rotation works great in the "Quick Plot" so why not the whole map?
I think when FUSION/Flexible Web Layouts move to OpenLayers 3.0 (http://ol3js.org/ol3/master/examples/rotation.html
How I have done it in the past with MapGuide 6.5 and older was with the Oblique Stereographic Snyder Variation.
This has an asimuthal that you can use to rotate the map. It works great - just change the coordinate system to the ones you need.
The trick is, creating the coordinate system (luckily AutoCAD Map 3D is a great tool for doing this).
