Hi Milton,
You can use MapGuide Studio to add a DWG layer. To do this, drag and drop a DWG file from the Windows File Explorer into the Site Explorer pane of MapGuide Studio. MapGuide Studio will allow you to convert the data in your DWG to SDF or DWF format, and it will then upload that SDF or DWF to the MapGuide server. Note that the MapGuide server does not directly read the DWG file format.
