Hello,

I downloaded and installed the hotfix to resolve this issue. It did not. I'm still getting the same message on quickplot in ajax viewer.

Where do I go next to resolve this problem?

Env:

MS Windows Server R2 Standard SP1 64bit

IIS 7.5....

16GB ram

I am using AIMS 2012 with IIS

After applying hotfix,

changed domain on line 102 in GeneratePicture.php

Also upped MEMORY limit in PHP

Also tried with 96 DPI
