Slow map load through IIS

Hi. When we access the html files locally they load fine. But if you try to go through IIS remotely, the maps take MINUTES to load. HELP! Thanks :-)

Set the layers in your map so that they are dynamic
and not static. This usually speeds up the map download because
not all of the data needs to downloaded initially.
