In print layout is there a way to include bing maps. Right now when you do a print preview all you see is the layers from the map. It does not include any additional background photos like Google maps or Bing maps.

This is by design. Printing/Plotting uses the rendering APIs which know nothing about externally added layers like Google/Bing/etc

Plus, you'd probably be violating some part of their TOS if you tried to incorporate their imagery into your plots and printouts.
