Well I experimented a bit and got the attached results (I removed boudary to clean up as I don't like to post garbage).
Now that I think I understand the way to the solution I will try to work up editable ipt file, but not sure when I will have time to get it done.

I've been too busy - keep bumping this thread as a reminder.
I might have some time on Friday to finish it up or at least post what I have and give a bit of explanation how I would finish.

You realize that this would involve about 3 hrs of concentrated effort on my part (not including the time I already spent).
I had hoped some others would jump in here.
I've got some pressing work I need to get finished (believe me, I would much rather "play" with your problem than the paperwork I have to get done.
I just hate to post garbage - but if I don't find some time to clean it up......
