part to sheetmetal -- need help

Hello!
I have a part that I made by drawing the profile and extruding the
profile out. I would like to make this into a sheetmetal part so that I
can get a flat layout, and show where the bend lines are, but when I do
that, it uses the profile as the face, so instead of having a 10 inch
wide piece of sheet aluminum that's bent, I end up with a 0.100 inch
thick profile.
Can anyone help? I'll put it in CF.

Have you tried preselecting the face before making the flat?

Jason, I think this is because by default IV uses the front face unless you tell it otherwise, wheras Autocad defaults to the top face.
