Yep, can't modify library parts anymore. Make
a new project treating the library paths as workpaths or temporarily move the
ipart out of the library, edit, save, and move back...

know very little about this, but I think the key word is 'Library'. There are
several threads in the NG about, libraries being changed to read-only in IV6;
maybe this is the problem.
