Autodesk Inventor

I'm trying to create a table driven sheet metal punch.  Everthing goes smoothly untile I try to "Edit Using Spread Sheet."  When I click the icon, Inventor acts like it is trying to do something, but nothing happens.  I have Excel 2010 and INV 2012.
