how do you reduce the a size default template

I am trying to reduce the size of the a size title block, but I have not been able to. How would you resize it?

Right click edit definition..

In the IDW enviroment, expand your "Sheet 1" in the browser, RMB on the "ANSI-Large" or "Ansi-A", depending on what you are using for a Title Block. Select Edit Definition".

You should now be able to make your edits to the Title Block.
