    Is there a appearance material "Glass" in Inventor 2013.Was in 2012 but i cannot find in 2013

    yes, you can find it in Inventor Material Library, please see below screereply.pngn capture.

    I have the "Glass" effect but how do i get rid of the black lines.Photo attached for 2013

    Select a Visual Style other than Shaded with Edges (Shaded or Realistic).

    No lines on my screen when I do Shaded visual style with your part.

     

    Not sure if it could be something you've changed in Tools>Application Options or something to do with your graphics card/driver.
