How do i fix these error with the Hole and hole pattern please?

You need to redefine your sketch origin. In the browser, right click on sketch4 and select "Edit Coordinate System". A symbol will appear in the graphics window, pick the blue ball at the center. Then in the browser, expand the Origin folder and select "Center Point". Then select "OK". That will set your sketch origin to the origin of the part.
