embossing a sheet metal part

I am trying to make a custom emboss part in sheet metal, I can see that that there are emboss part in the Ifeatures but how do you make one ?. I am using inventor 5

Click on the point A icon in Inventor, then click on Articles, and find the iFeatures and
punches article
I would guess that both Drew and Sean have some info also.
