i am doing a presentation, but don't want the gray background.  how do i change the color?  thanks

What version of Inventor (always provide this in your first post!)?  Have you tried Application Options > Colors tab?

Making a presentation of what?  Powerpoint slides of Inventor images?  Inventor assembly live on the screen?

Did you try changing color schemes?  What do you want it to look like?

You haven't so far given nearly enough information to allow anyone to help you.
