Hi

Can a curved section with bend be applied to sheet metal part.I make extrusion for easier clarity.I am wanting to place the curved section (extrusion for demonstration purpose) with bend in sheet metal part but all created in the sheet metal environment.

Is this possible?

Use Contour Roll.

I would do the rolled feature first.

I did some searching and came up with the attempt attached.Have i done this correctly?

CAn this part now be flattened?

I do not use sheet metal that often but will make efforts to learn more

I have not attempted your part yet, but after seeing your attempt I wish to revise my earlier statement.

Looks like if this is to work the Contour Roll should be created after the Face.

JD did you attempt to model this please.Would like to see correct solution

OK i have placed the Contour Roll after the face but still does not flatten.What am i doing wrong here?
