is there a way to copy my custom iproperty from a DWG to a IPT part whit ilogic or VBA\

I thought you could, but when I tested my snippet I was only able to get it to work in the toher direction, that is copy a property form the part to the drawing file.

Can I ask what it is you hope to accomplish?
