Hello,

The attached part is mising the bend relief. I expect to see a 3 sided cutout in the seam.

Why won't it create it?

Your sketches aren't constrained.

Looks like you are doing too much work - should be able to create with half (or fewer) the number of features.

And the holes on one end have strange sizes (when measured in inches or millimeters.

I don't understand what bend relief is missing?

Can you post a screen shot with circle around area of question?

The bend relief should be approx. the geometry that  is drawn with the red lines on the image "flatpattern".

The circled geometry on image "bend relief" should appear on the flat pattern when you flatten it.

If you think the part can be more efficient, feel free to modify it for my reference.

What about those holes (Cut 7) before I post an alternate solution - what size are they supposed to be?

In the process of remodeling your part I noticed that you used a Fixed constraint in Sketch1.

I have not used a Fixed constraint since leaving MDT (sometime in 2002).

In the part you attached the holes on the one side are not .53"

I suspect you have been doing a lot of things incorrectly and more work than you need to do.

Forget the Fixed Constraint - everytime you are tempted to use it - attach your file here and ask for better way.

Here is a simplfied (fully constrained) example of your part, but I still need to do some work to get the corners you are after.
