hello there,
I'd like to connect border shape with a point which is few milimeters above flat surface (see fig 1,2) but I do not want to do it as it was presented on fig.3
it should be connected smoothly, something as it was presented on fig 4 & 5 if you know what I mean
it should like a fragment of a really big ball which part of surface is smoothly fading down
how to set advanced extrusion options? I can not figure it out

What you need is loft, not extrude.
Take a look at my attached file. You might need to do another extrude afterwards, to cut away some overhanging stuff, but this should give you an idea of how to do what you're trying to accomplish.

My computer is busy thinking about a whole bunch of things right now, so I don't really have anything better to do for a few minutes. ![]()

If it is really part of a spherical ball, then I would Thicken/Offset a trimmed Revolved Surface rather than do a Loft.
There are a number of surfacing tutorials in my signature.
Most of them except the Vacuum Tutorial are a little out of date.

"If it is really part of a spherical ball, then I would Thicken/Offset a trimmed Revolved"
can you extend it a little bit because Loft option is not completely satisfying me regarding this shape?

ok, here's a file
sphere constraint should be where the point is (on additional plane)
thank you

what's the diameter of the sphere you want to use?
