That would be through the Product Support group at www.autodesk.com
There is a list out there on a website (Australia seems to come to mind) but
it is not an "official" wishlist.
Autodesk Marketing gathers input as to what is most needed and then works
with Product Design to put together a list of potential projects. Then final
project selection occurs.
