I'm new to programs using 3D animation of autocad files produced using programs like ProE or Solidworks. I'd like to start making videos like the one on the link below, but am not 100% sure where to start. I've looked into Showcase, it seems to be able to do some of it, but leans more toward photorealistic renderings than functional assembly/disassembly. Inventor might be more technical, but I don't know if it allows for adding in graphics generated using Adobe Illustrator.
I saw a video the other day on Youtube for maintaining a bicycle hub. Very cool video, seems to use a product like Autodesk Showcase or Inventor. Does anyone know which program would've been used to make this video?

Would anyone have a recommendation for a program that can do all that's shown in this video?
Thanks!
Gui
