Where can I find or get "user tools.msi" for Inventor 2013, I'm looking to install the Revision Cloud Add-in.

I don't see the "user tools" download on that page. Is it within the "developer tools'? I'm unable to run the devleoper tools .msi because I don't have Microsoft Visual Studio.

That page tells you where it is installed.  (SDK folder)
