Hello,
Just wondering if anyone has used Inventor on a touch screen style PC, and if so... does it work? This hardware looks like it would be fun to work with, but I don't know if it's quite there yet for CAD work.
Any thoughts?

Thanks for that, but the video is misleading. That is not an Inventor file he's working with, it's a DWF file. I'd really like to see if it works with an actual Inventor or AutoCad file.
Thanks... it does look cool....

ive been testing a samsung series 7 slat with windows 8, onscreen keyboard has no escape key so is virtually useless with autocad and inventor... i have tried a few times with touch and using the stylus pen but normally plug in a mouse and keyboard to work effectivly. the problem is, your mouse is loads more accurate than stabbing at a screen and also in all the youtube vids, watch how many times they select by acident etc...
The UI is not designed to work nice with touchscreens and who wants grubby fingermarks all over the screen anyway? this is a much better idea

Mines been pre ordered for months... I was sceptical at first, thinking it was a con, but from what I can gather it appears to be a genuine artical and no money has left my account...
still it could be a sharp 13 year old with a bit of camera skill and very internet savy sitting in his bedroom... lets hope not
