I have litte problem for synchronize ballonwith part list where some times I put single component to main assy for create detail drawing. The problem is ballon from single component must change manually for synchrone with Part List. If number changed in part list sometimes I forgot for change ballon. So it's become miss match between ballon and part list.

Could someone explain me how to make this become synchron.

What Inventor version? 2012?

You know the BOM (Bill Of Materials)? You work with it?

if you change item numbers in BOM you get what you need.

I had trying the methode follow your link but if I use Bom view structure (legacy) this methode isn't not work. Can you advice another methode.

I have better solution for this one

Just try attached macro

procedure is

Give all balloon to assembly

Draw detail view from the ipt files then balllon will come as 1

open the maco file

then go to ur drawing

tools -macros, runt the macro

select the sheet

After that u will noticed that Balloon Synchronize
