Good morning fellow IV6 users. I am wondering if it is possible to create a
10 ft length of a standard shape out of the library such as ASTM 2" OD round
tubing and then apply a sweep command to bend this shape and still keep it
10 ft long?

No, but you could create a sweep profile using formulas with reference
dimensions which drive driven dimensions or vise-versa.
