Hi,

I have a problem, when I use sweep it twist around projected curve, and when I use guide face I get self-intersecting error.

when I use helix with less revolutions I get the result but I need more revolutions.

Diameter of profile is not bigger than diameter of helix...

Can anyone tell me where am I doing wrong?

Take a look at the swept feature and see if this is what you are looking for. If it is, edit the feature an notice the selections made. Hope this works for you.
