All i am trying to do is when an iProperty exceeds a certain length it drops to a second line and not continues in one straight line, thus infringing on other items. This is within a title block.
I have gone through the whole 'Text Box' area, and for life of me cannot do it.
Why do AutoDesk make it so complicated?
Please anyone, I have wasted a whole afternoon on this and destroyed two mice with frustration!

First thing is... breeeaaathe.
I placed my text box within the field area and stretched it to fill, then made the text center justified. See pic:
Then when I entered the description on iproperties, it will continually wrap until it runs out of text box space... so far never had one that long.

If the text is set to a "TEXT BOX", the data in the iProperty should break into multiple lines as shown.. This one is pulling the model's COMMENTS iProperty.
Result....

I ran into the same issues a while back but then realized if I simply stretched the text box as shown in the above post, the text wrapped downward and all was fine.
Granted, I always found it works best if you stretch the text box to just inside the text area of the title block. In other words, don't stretch the text box to be right on top of the title block box.
Unless there's some odd setting you have set, this process has worked flawlessly for years now and I've had some very long titles, 3-4 lines within a 6" wide box with .26" high letters.

We dimension the text box to .06" from the area to be filled with text.
One thing to keep in mind, if the iProperty data does not include any "spaces", the text may not break into multiple line properly.
We ran into this issue when our folks were entering text without spaces (i.e. ELBOW,90DEG,2"IPS.... etc.).

It looks like I need to eat some humble pie!
The data i was using as a test was '1111111111111111111111111111111111111111'
Of course there is no spaces! DOH! and Double DOH!
It is now working perfectly.
Thanks for everyones response though
