Sketch lines won't associate

When I am in sketch mode I can draw a rectangle and when I go back to dimension it it only adjusts that specific line and not the connecting lines. Is there a setting or command to fix this?

What do you have Constraint Persistance set to?
What do you have Constraint Options set to?
What version of Inventor are you running?
