Autodesk Inventor

This really isn't an inventor issue, I am just curious to see if anyone has ever come across a stock/vendor item like the one in the image? My company designed these before I started here,  the red arrows indicate the 2 parts, used to make the 4 piece "clamp" and the green arrow indicates the gap left for the plexiglass and weather stripping for water seal. I have been researching to see if we can buy these "clamps" or something that will do the same job but can't find anything. I just don't like the clamp, it is bulky, and costly, 3 holes per clamp piece, a double break to allow for the gap plus 4 seam welds, and there is lots of room for errors and misalignment.  

Any ideas or references?
