    Saveas changing both files

    I have found that when I do a save as to a different name in a different
    directory, it changes the part number, in the iProperties, for the current
    part to the name I saved it to. Do anyone else experience this? Why would
    they change the current part, if they are not going to change it to the save
    as part like every other product does

    I am not seeing this. Are you running SP1? Perhaps it was a bug that was
    fixed by SP1...

    Yes I am. I originally posted this in the customization group because I am
    doing the save as through my program. I will check it tomorrow and see if it
    is only when my program does the saveas.

    After further testing, I found that it only happens when my program does the
    save as. I will have to report it to Autodesk and see what they say about
    it.
