I would like to use hole notes on the side view of a hole, either in section
view or projected, but the leader makes an arc or does not point at the hole
at all. I have always had this problem, is this a known problem?

Another problem is with tolerances on hole notes, deviation puts a + for
both units!
Where should I report, problems like this?

I ran into the same thing - you have to enter your tolerance units.
