When rotating a part in an assembly how do you constrain it to 90 degree's?
Doesn't seem to want to do exactly 90, thought shift or alt would do it but
doesn't.

If you are using the Rotate Component tool on the Assembly toolbar, I don't
know of any way to precisely control the rotation. You could use an Angle
constraint to another part or an origin plane. That would allow you to
accurately control the angle.

See the other helpful thread in this NG about Orienting an assembly to an axis. It also contains other useful hints to control what you are trying to do. It worked for me...I posted the question!
