Reorient Drawing Base View?

After updating an existing IDW with a modified IPT I realized that my base view is inverted.
Some features in some views are upside down.

Is there any way to reorient the base view?
Is it possible to edit the base view to specify another view as the base?

That has been a long awaited feature. You can do it in AutoCAD without any
problem, BTW. But I am not sure we will ever be able to do it in Inventor.

what's kind of interesting is that when making a nailboard drawing you can place view of connectors, and then edit the view orientation after the fact. So the ability is already there, AD has just decided not to allow it with regeular drawing views. ????
