    Red circle symbol on models

We have a user that has a mysterious red cicle symbol with a slash through it showing up on a draft in a model. I've attached a screen capture of it.  Does anyone know what this means? The drawing isn't showing any other errors but this symbol won't go away.

    Is that a visible WorkPoint?

That's what I thought it was a first but it shows up outside the model when it's rotated and all the work features are off. According to the user, it shows up on the assembly too.

Go to Tools>Application Options>General tab and set Annotation Scale to 5.

Did it suddenly get much bigger?

If so, attach new screen capture here.

Adjusted the annotation scale - no change in the symbol. See attached Model_Circle_2.jpg.

Any clues in your model tree?  Anything that looks out of place?  Maybe expand all children and see if something sticks out?

    Spoiler

There is nothing in the browser tree indicating a problem and no red crosses to resolve.  It's very peculiar.
