Customer Files (CF) is an area for upload of problem files for
review or sharing. Users are asked to zip any files prior to
uploading to conserve download time and server space.

For NNTP newsgroup readers the Customer-files newsgroup can be
found at
news://discussion.autodesk.com/autodesk.autocad.customer-files.

You may also access the customer-files group via the HTTP
web-based forums at
http://discussion.autodesk.com/WebX?14@@.ee940b5.

I have the 4000 FLX model and use 5 buttons
max.

"C" for assembly constraints.

Escape

Switch windows

Measure Distance

Sketch

I've found my memory just can't remember much more
than that <g>

Most
of the power users here swear by the addition of a Spaceball for viewing and
initiating additional commands. They say you can get one fairly cheap on eBay.
I don't have one. B-(
