Hi,

Just noticed  'use style library = No?' no longer exists in 2012 only 'read only' and 'read-write' are come uo when you RMB 'use style library' in the Projects dialog, is this correct or have I made an error during installation?

Hi,

It was removed by us in 2012 because it has been useless in the recent Inventor releases.

We do not use projects at my company. How do I get that annoying message from poping up whenever I create a new drawing? The only way I found to do it in the past was to set the Use Styles Library = No.

Hi,

I suppose the annoying message you mentions is "Style Conflict" dialog. If so, please open your drawing template and save copy as new template. You can delete the old template and use the new one to new drawing files.

If it cannot solve your issue, you can just suppress the dialog by hitting the "Prompts" in this dialog.

this 2012 sucks!

I cant work with my old styles and I do not have time to create a new .idw with all my options!

In future versions put the option NO actived again please.
