Precise input when moving an item is sketch

I can't seem to find the combination of things to use precise input when
trying to move a rectangle from where its at to -13,-13mm.

This seems simple enough but I can't get the accept to be not greyed
    out.

    Thanks for the help, Rich

I don't think you can use precise input with the move command. Move wants
two points. You could create a work point (using precise input) then move a
point on the rectangle to that point..

    Sean,

I'm sorry to tell you that Precise Input is very useful when moving a sketch
without having any existing points, the "trick" is to press Enter in the
precise input dialog after the values are entered to get the Move command to
accept the values as a selection.
