Autodesk Inventor

Does anyone know of a sensible way of getting a perspective view from Inventor into wmf. format.

This is a method I used in IV 1
save idw view as dwg file in model space (not sure that matters)
export from autocad to wmf
this was autocad r14 not sure if current acad exports to wmf. I know I still can do it if req'd.
