I have Autodesk Product Design Suite Premium 2012 running on

Vista Ultimate Intel Core 2 CPU 2.66GHz with 8.00 GB RAM

This is a simple question.

Why does my parts list look like this

and how di I fix it

In Tools-Add-in Manager I would assume you have 'ESKD Support' loaded. Try unloading it and setting it not to load. This is why your ribbon tab is showing ESKD in brackets.
