In the customer-files is my part file r13-toggle-base, that was imported
from MDT6. Origin of this part is out in space and I do not know how to move
it. I want this part to be positioned in Isometric view upright. Help is
greatly appreciated.

I believe you will have to edit the base sketch coordinate system to get it
lined up.
You could also project the Center Point to the sketch, then move the sketch
objects to the projected Center Point to get everything lined up with the
origin (or at least get it closer).
That's about all I can think of based on the info you gave. I don't mess
with this too much, so not sure how easy/hard this will be.

Hit F4 and space. You want a box with arrows to appear. Click on the
arrows until the part is the orientation you want. Don't exit RMB and
select set isometric.
