You trying from the Help menu? I get "Directory Listing Denied This
Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed."

I noticed on the support main page that there is crawling text at the top saying "No ETR...Support request currently unavailable." Maybe they have it down so they can post the SP early :-)
