I don't use Office like I do Inventor, meaning often enough and long enough
for interface and enforced workflow to have a significant impact on overall
productivity in those applications.

My experience has been almost exactly the opposite. I'm constantly needing
to go to another tab for a command that used to be right there. Of course,
my Classic interface was highly personalized to match my
workflow...something that can't be done with the Ribbon interface. It just
boggles my mind that Autodesk evidently didn't consider that important
enough to make it a must-have in the first generation.

So anyone who doesn't like the new interface can safely be lumped together
with the ignorant, angsty teeners. That's convenient. Sorry; I don't buy
it. I gave the new interface an honest try, as I've already stated.
