    Need Help With Car Model

I'm a high school student with a bit too much time on their hands right before Build season starts for robotics. I decided to make a model car but ran into a problem. I know a great way to surface model is to do surface extrudes and to sculpt them all together into one solid body, as depicted here, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vaJE6N3jHXE . While that is relatively simple, I have run into a problem. I am not using the same method as shown in the video, and only have three sketches (front, top, and side). I was wondering if there is any way for me to extrude them all and then cutout whatever doesn't intersect with the other two extrusions?
