Can someone try inserting one of these from the library and see if it has a
1.2 mm hole instead of a 12mm hole!!!

    How poor is that????

Do you have sp1 ? Cause I had this problem prior to sp1, but it is fine
now....hmm did`nt you get threads visible in nuts as well, pre sp1 or do I
    remember wrong ???

If you have sp1, maybe you allready have used this particualar nut, and
therefor it opens the pre sp1 one...maybe ? not even shure if it works that
    way.

Yes, sorry the threads are visible. But SP1 on this morning and hadn't
needed that part before SP1. I haven't got an old 5.3 one in StandardParts.
I had altered threads.xls but have put the original back and it does the
same. I may try rebooting, see if it makes any difference.

I have since sorted this out by deleting all of the local.ISO.whatever.ipt
files in the workgroup search path. Does anyone know why these are not put
in the StandardParts folder like they used to be. The only way I can work
like I used to is then move the parts into the StandardParts folder and then
open my original assembly and point to the correct folder.

    ???????????????

    Another thing!!

Why didn't they keep the same naming convention for the standard so it's
easy to see which part is which from the file names??

Not sure, but try this, In the library browser choose Conigure, dbl click
server name/edit- Choose storage Location and try one of the other options
(not parent assembly)...maybe ? I guess if you have added a library
searchpath you might get that listet or something ?
