Download and installation sucessful, unable to register as all methods do not recognize serial number provided with software. Program opens and operates until freezing after a shot period. Please advise

This does not sound like a successful installation.
You should be able to run for 30-days in trial mode before activating your license to make sure everything is working correclty.
You will need to provide more information.
