Issue with 2010 Inventor

when a rectangle is drawn with dimensions 44 wide by 79 height in inches it becomes a slanted rectangle. Other versions of Inventor I have used don't do that is there a way to fix it?

Hi harris.1782,

You've likely toggled off your Constraint Inference and/or Constraint Persistence buttons.

Or you've turned off the inference for just some of the constraints.

Check this by right-clicking while in a sketch and choosing Constraint Options:
